RESPONSIBILITY Development of a comprehensive digital ecosystem for Volkswagen, including all different channels such as: a corporate website, social media platforms, media channels, monitoring systems, dealer digital ecosystems. Work cross-functionally with product, sales, after sales, IT, regional dealership teams and managing efficient, successful agency relationships. Oversee and manage paid media for tactical campaigns, product launches and always-on. Developing and managing digital media plans, budgets, creative development, and be responsible for ROI evaluation and reporting. Initiate planning new advertising platforms to test new audiences, tools, and creatives to constantly improve marketing strategy. Present insights directly to Volkswagen\'s marketing and management team. Manage brand and dealer digital tools channels, including website, media channels and chatbot. Maintain and improve website such as optimizing SEO relevant improvement and enhancement These include: 1. Facebook & Instagram management Increase leads and quality of leads in digital. Find solutions in generating quality leads. Monitor ads performance. To advise, lead and guide dealers on their paid media initiatives. Beta projects on relevant digital channels. 2. Google & YouTube management Maintain/increase website traffic. Initiate Beta testing projects Increase leads and quality of leads on Google and YouTube. 3. Third party or automotive partners size Generate web traffic and monitor ads performance. Increase of leads. Find solutions in generating quality leads. 4. Enhance users and dealers experience by simplifying internal and external system processes JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualifications. Minimum 4 years of digital/online marketing and digital media experience. Creative, strong analytical thinking, ability to create test & learn plans, measure incremental results, identify opportunities.
