Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies to promote property launches, sales galleries, and corporate branding. Oversee the execution of advertising and promotional activities including print ads, billboards, digital campaigns, social media, and PR initiatives. Manage marketing budgets, monitor spending, and evaluate ROI on campaigns. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and new opportunities. Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support sales conversion through effective marketing initiatives. Coordinate events such as property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities. Maintain relationships with external stakeholders including advertising agencies, media, event organizers, and vendors. Ensure all marketing materials and communication align with the company's branding and project identity. Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement. Supervise and guide junior marketing staff in daily operations and campaign execution.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field. Minimum 4-6 years of working experience in marketing, preferably in property development, real estate, or related industries. Strong knowledge of property marketing, digital marketing, and branding strategies. Proficiency in digital tools including social media platforms, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and CRM systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tight deadlines. Creative, proactive, and results-driven with strong analytical skills. Experience in event management and working with external agencies is an advantage.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,500.00 per month
