Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and implementing all marketing strategies, campaigns, collaterals, project videos, scale models and social media material to promote company\'s projects.
• Work closely with advertising/media agencies, consultants and suppliers on all advertising and promotional materials and media schedules.
• Coordinate with relevant parties on preparations for sales launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, road shows.
• Liaison with relevant authorities for approval licenses and to ensure timely submission of licenses and reports required by authorities.
• Conduct market survey, prepare market/competitor analysis, product brief, product pricing.
• Assist during sales launch and also attend trade shows whenever feasible.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years\' working experience in property Sales and Marketing, preferably in property industry
• Knowledge of IFCA system is an added advantage
• Result-oriented, enthusiastic, critical thinking, initiative, energetic, willingness to learn and help other team members
• Good in documentation, accurate and effective administration
• Willing to work in Putrajaya
