YOUR MISSION

The Assistant Manager, People Attraction SEA will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition pillar and help PUMA to hire top talent in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices. This position also will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

Task 1: Develop and implement effective talent pipeline and manpower strategies in SEA to attract talents and build a strong pool for candidates to meet the robust business need and objectives.

Task 2: Work collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders and department managers to ensure the talent pipeline is met including external recruitment agencies and recruitment partners.

Task 3: Manage the PUMA Graduate Trainee and PUMA Internship program by developing a strong relationship with educational institutions. Organize and/or attend career fairs/talks, talent assessment centers and other recruitment events.

Task 4: Source for different creative avenues proactively to attract talents to ensure manpower needs are met and anticipate future manpower needs. Suggest new ideas for improving our talent acquisition activities and initiatives to gain competitive advantage in sourcing strategy.

Task 5: Conduct periodic research of industry trends and competitions, market insights and talent landscape.

Task 6: Design frameworks and lead implementation of on-boarding processes/adaptation plan and induction programs.

Task 7: To support on P&O budgeting and reporting exercise on recruitment related.

Task 8: Participate and develop a strong PUMA brand positioning for career sites, job portals, social media platforms and internally.

Task 9: Advice hiring managers on recruiting decisions, best practices, compensation and hiring future plan.

Task 10: Any other duties assigned from time to time.

YOUR TALENT

Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resource/Business Studies/Psychology or related studies.

Professional: Min 4-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years at Assistant Manager level. In depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.

IT Skills: Knowledge of HRIS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools. Workday is a plus. Excellent MS-office Knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint).

Language Skills: Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

Functional Skills: In-dept knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques; High energy, well organized, discrete, professional and able to deal with complex employee retention issues in a fast-paced environment; Good background in employer branding and campus management; Experience in managing high-volume recruitment will be an advantage; Excellent communicator; Strong Knowledge of Employment law.
