Job Brief We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Planning and Implementation to join our property development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meticulously planning and executing various aspects of our property development projects. Job Responsibilities In-charge of planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the project Checking and monitoring overall Architectural, sub-structure/structural, infrastructure and M&E works Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out as per Drawings and Specifications and according to local regulations and requirements. Liaise with consultant, contractor and local authorities for project related matters and requirements to ensure the smooth implementation of work progress Monitor work progress to ensure completion within deadline and according to design and specification and acceptable quality Prepare and compile weekly and monthly project related report Prepare billing certificate and letter to Architect Job Requirements Candidate must possess a Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution Minimum 8 years of site works experience in building and work Possess a positive attitude, ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines and work well under pressure Excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written Mandarin speaking ability will be an added advantage Able to work independently and also good teamwork Possess own transport Willing to travel
