Key Responsibilities

Support Regional Manager to Plan, develop and oversee business development strategy. Support Regional Manager in identifying and establishing new business within assigned client's account Work with sales and services teams on products technical requirement in before submitting tender or proposal by Sales team. Giving demonstrations, training and presentations to help clients discover and understand products/service within region. Support Regional Manager in market research Communicate with clients on Technical requirements and support Sales and Service team in preparing technical proposal Build strong relationships with clients Support technical input to Regional Manager to develop sales strategy and onboard new customers. Relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel Contribute to the reputation of the organization by entering and achieving professional awards. Support team members Daily toolbox meeting with Field Service Engineer. Manage and oversee Field Service Engineer on day to day onsite requirement. Oversee Daily Field Service Engineer report and to support in discussion with client any issue during work execution. Support Regional Manager in Workshop management and oversee requirement. Plan and execute Weekly reporting on Business Development in the region together with Regional Manager, Sales and Services team.
