1. Prepare document for each customer shipment on daily basis 2. Ensure that all shipment to customer arrive on time based on ETA 3. Arrange transport to pickup and load all items based on gate pass 4. Maintain and enforce operation discipline at leader and operator level for daily activities 5. Maintain and supervise overall operation of warehouse, to ensure standard procedures had been followed 6. Resolve any complained issued by customer 7. To enforce team in checking and ensuring the materials receiving in good condition, and physical check quantities 8. Update every inventory movement to person in charge at warehouse 9. To ensure all the documentation had been updated in system within 24 hours 10. Make sure quantity move in warehouse are tally with inventory transfer request issued by production 11. To ensure SOP being updated from time to 12. Participate in stock take activity 13. To undertake any other projects as assigned by superior from time to time
