Prepare delivery documentation according to the schedule provided by the site team.
Update the system for all stock movements and keep records accurate and up to date.
Generate stockyard reports such as daily delivery reports, timber movement reports, DO return reports, and others.
Coordinate with transporters regarding the return of Delivery Orders (DOs).
Communicate with Singapore coordinators to ensure all DOs are properly acknowledged and stamped by clients before being sent back to the factory.
Maintain a safe and tidy work environment by enforcing housekeeping and safety standards.
Immediately report any safety concerns to the superior or Safety Officer.
Carry out any additional tasks assigned as needed.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Civil, Building, Engineering, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in precast concrete manufacturing.
Candidates with site or QC experience in precast are also welcome to apply.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
