Prepare delivery documentation according to the schedule provided by the site team.
Update the system for all stock movements and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Generate stockyard reports such as daily delivery reports, timber movement reports, DO return reports, and others as required.
Coordinate with transporters on the return of Delivery Orders (DOs).
Liaise with Singapore coordinators to ensure all DOs are properly acknowledged and stamped by clients before returning to the factory.
Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by enforcing housekeeping and safety standards.
Immediately report any safety issues to the superior or Safety Officer.
Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Civil, Building, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in precast concrete manufacturing.
Candidates with site or QC experience in precast are also encouraged to apply.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
