Assist and support Operation Manager in Branch Checklist and Monthly Summary Report
Monitor submission of monthly report from Store Manager (petty cash, OT summary, timesheet and also verbal warning form)
Provide administrative support, ensuring all processes are implemented effectively and standards of performance are attained.
Oversee daily operation matters including maintenance, security, housekeeping and car park
Proactive and provide excellent support to customers.
Monitor store utilities consumption and provide improvement in utilities savings.
fluent in multiple languages
Work closely with other departments and ensure all related documents are prepared and manage accordingly
Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of store by providing good environment for customers and partners.
