To manage a company\xe2\x80\x99s sourcing capabilities \xe2\x80\x93 identifies & researches potential new suppliers Sourcing of new supplier and obtain (minimum 3 quotations) price comparison for management approval Nurtures relationships with suppliers, to negotiate the best price for the quality product purchased for the company Play an integral role in ensuring a company to sticks to budgets and operates profitably Assist the procurement team for the overall procurement plan and strategies for the organization To liaise with project and engineer team to determine on materials specification requirement To co-ordinate with Singapore procurement team for the issuing of Purchase order To monitor and co-ordinate with suppliers on timely delivery for all materials (Please refer to our flow chart-for the lead time) To maintain and update the Approved suppliers list To close outstanding Purchase Order in system when not in use To attend yearly ISO audit Responsible for procurement of all required materials and services To submit monthly materials purchased report for cement, sand, 14mm&20mm aggregates, 12m reinforcement bar, 9.53mm & 12.7mm diameter PC strand To submit monthly purchasing report for every project BCA update monthly on raw materials pricing example. Cement, sand, aggregate & rebar Daily update on materials received in ERP system (GRN) Inspect the materials received \xe2\x80\x93 as accordance to PO against DO Weekly site visit to address on materials storage & offloading issues Develops and implement strategies for procuring, storing and maintaining stock levels Oversees a team of Procurement Assistant / Procurement Executive
