Duties of Position: (Include specific duties and responsibilities) * Customers and plants commit against demand.
- Customer scorecard management such as On Time Delivery, Costing, Quality, etc.
- Quotation responsibilities such as managing new and periodic re-pricing.
- Regular weekly review of metrics and deliverables. (Expected Outcome: Meet Key Business Indicators - Revenue Commit, Load versus Commit Gap, OTD, E & O, AR ECO and RMA)
- Leads the Customer Focus Team.
- Profit and Loss Managements
- Periodic visits and hosting Customer (QBRs, New project start-up, Business Transfers)
- Facilitates and monitors progress on all New project /product start-ups.
- Customer point of contact and escalation
- Any other duties assigned by Program Manager
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in program management team, customer service or planning
- Work experience in an electronics manufacturing environment will be an advantage
- Experienced user of MS Office programs: MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and criticism.
- Self-motivated nature and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed with strong interpersonal skills.
