Qualifications:
  • Diploma & above in related field
  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience in real estate/property administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • English,Bahasa and Mandarin Speaking are required.
TanggungjawabKey Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all sales administration tasks related to after-sales processes. (ie. Signing SPA, loan documents matters and etc)
  • Liaise with agents, legal teams, financial institutions, and purchasers to facilitate the smooth execution of sales agreements and loan documentation.
  • Support the Senior Manager in leading the sales & administrative team.
  • Prepare and present accurate & timely sales performance reports.
  • Support branches and agents by providing timely assistance and resolving operational related to sales administration matters.
