What you will do?
  • Daily PR Management: Responsible for managing daily purchase requests efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Purchase Order (PO) Preparation: Arrange and prepare purchase orders accurately, ensuring all necessary details are included.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to streamline purchasing processes and address any procurement-related issues.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by superiors, as needed.
  • Monthly Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly purchase reports and analysis reports to support informed decision making
Requirements:
  • Relevant position experience is required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month Benefits:
