Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION * Select and decide on business allocation to business partners

  • Manage external provider management and performance to meet quality, delivery objective with competitive price.
  • Establish an efftective forecast and delivery trends in the domestic and foreign markets and develop alternate source of suppliers
  • To delevop alternate source when required
  • Work with program department on quotation to customer and provide them with competitve price and short lead time.
  • Enhance all vendors to develop a quality system with the goal to comply with minimum ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IATF 16949:2016 quality system requirement for automotive external providers.
  • To monitor the progress of pre-audit by certification body within the stipulated time frame
  • To establish a system to measure vendor\'s performance
  • To ensure all qualified vendors\' information are updated in the Approved Vendor List (AVL)
  • To conduct a Vendor Management Team Meeting and to present the report to the Quality Management Team
