We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to support and oversee our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the daily operations of the retail store.
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adequate staffing across all branches.
Support recruitment, training, and supervision of retail staff.
Plan schedules and delegate tasks effectively to team members.
Motivate and guide the team to achieve performance and sales targets.
Ensure shopkeepers and riders are well-trained and comply with company SOPs and policies.
Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock tracking.
Analyse sales data and trends to meet business targets.
Prepare reports related to sales performance and operations.
Assist the Retail Manager with budgeting and financial-related tasks.
Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, inventory, and sales.
Prepare departmental reports and manage staff scheduling.
Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, including performance reviews and reward systems.
Undertake ad-hoc duties and special projects assigned by top management.
