To consolidate, analyze the POS data and distribute of relevant reports to Director and other relevant departments such as Operations, Marketing and Finance.
To generate monthly and quarterly sales report and focus on key outlets required improvement for tracking and improvement.
To generate promotion report with analysis details for review and recommendation.
Review data input on sales accuracy and provide rectification.
To generate monthly product mix and highlight on outlets which required special attention.
To focus on wastage control report and provide focus on rectification.
To focus on inventory management by tracking on pilferage report and focus on non-performing outlets.
To lead Field executive to conduct weekly, monthly audit count to stabilize inventory management and curb unhealthy practices.
Maintain list of user ID in POS - create, grant access, change password, and updates of location access etc.
Check sales transactions versus collections and liaise with Finance often.
