Assistant Service Sales Manager
Job Description
- Develop PAC, service contract and rental strategy with Service Manager
- Execute service action plans to support PAC and to grow service as a business
- Follow-up key customers to ensure service contract is being executed in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Determine and prepare service contract for new and existing renewal customers
- Support and collaboration with Service Centers / Dealers for PAC sales/ enquiry
- Able to forecast PAC on a weekly and quarterly basis to fulfill demand
- Monitor parts inventory level to ensure provisional parts are within the controlled level
Requirement:
- 4-5 years relevant service/ sales experiences
- Diploma/ Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering
- Strategical thinking, strong in customer relationship management.
- Good oral and written communication skills in local language and understand/speak English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel outstation.
