\xef\xbb\xbfClient Background: ManufacturingIndustry : EMSLocation: Senai, Johor.Headcount: 1Position Title : Assistant Sourcing ManagerTenure: PermanentRemuneration: RM6,500 - RM7,500Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Work with BD Team on the RFQ Package and initiate the sourcing activities.\xc2\xb7 Analyzing quote by all the suppliers and provide the proposed Cost BOM for Senior Sourcing Strategy Manager approval.\xc2\xb7 Manage the Quote Maintenance upon the approval from the new business awarded customer.\xc2\xb7 Audit the system purchase cost - to ensure all Purchase Order are execute based on the approved allocated manufacturer and pricing.\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet the company\'s procurement objectives.\xc2\xb7 Identify potential suppliers and conduct thorough evaluations to assess their capabilities, reliability, and quality standards.\xc2\xb7 Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favourable pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements.\xc2\xb7 Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.\xc2\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering partnerships based on trust, reliability, and mutual benefits.\xc2\xb7 Lead supplier audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with ethical standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices.\xc2\xb7 Regularly review and analyse sourcing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Requirement\xc2\xb7 Degree in business administration or a related field\xc2\xb7 Minimum five years of experience and required industry experience, including two years in a supervisory role.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\xc2\xb7 Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.\xc2\xb7 Strong planning and organizational skills.\xc2\xb7 Possesses the ability to lead and motivate teams.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrates accountability, professional integrity, and attention to detail while managing tight deadlines and multitasking.\xc2\xb7 Independent, self-motivated, and proactive with a strategic mindset.Sub Specialization : Supply Chain & Logistics;Purchasing / Buyer
