Job Description

Ensure smooth operation of daily production matches with planning schedule. Be responsible for production output, product quality. To maintain and control over the production layering processes and packaging materials to ensure all operations are undertaken according to the whiteboard plan schedule. Coordinate and follow with planner instruction if any needed. Ensure follow SOP, Work Instructions and Checklist are follow and to meet product quantity and specification standards. Support operational activities and minimization of equipment downtime by performing regular preventive / schedule maintenance. To seek to continually improve existing preventive maintenance schedules, equipment and packing activities and updated preventives maintenance record. Manage and ensure equipment always operates efficiently and safety. Follow up or to hands on if necessary in order no stoppage of operation as to meet daily requirement and adequate spare parts to avoid major breakdown. Ensure packaging materials and spare parts are availability at all times. Assist the subordinate in their duties and guide their action. Supervise & control of line leader and operator discipline, work & job training. Maintain safety, neatness and clean operating condition at all times with daily proper housekeeping. Perform other duties as requested by Superior, this may include coverage of other people's work that is on leave. Any other related tasks that may be assigned.

Requirement:

Preferable minimum working 2 years working experience in related position. Self-motivated & able to work long hours. Able to motivate others and build up teamwork strategy. Knowledge of all aspects of production equipment's. Able to read & write English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to work under pressure. Willing to work rotational shift (Day and Night) Can work 6 working days per week.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
