1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in warehousing operations
Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders.
Intermediate computer skills such as Excel and Google Sheet.
Has supervisory experience managing operators
Working hours pattern: 45 working hours weekly, rotational shift schedule, overtime if required
Working location: Bukit Raja, Klang.
TanggungjawabOutbound Operations
Assist supervisors for respective role and task (pick, check, sort)
Assist supervisor in managing workers
Working closely in managing troubleshoot task with the team
Track and share the progress of shipment to sales and order teams in time, and coordinate anomalies with logistics team
Assist and attend return and refund related investigation together with the relevant parties
Ensure the workers productivity and performance are meet on a regular basis
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned
Inbound Operations
Assist supervisor in managing inbound activities including but not limited to receiving and putaway
Ensure the productivity and KPI for inbound activities are met
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned
Inventory Operations
Assist supervisor in managing inventory activities including but not limited to replenishment, cycle count and ABC Management
Assist and act as the led in troubleshooting activities
Ensure each and every KPI are met
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned
