Design, develop and enforce effective data management framework
Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and timeline of data
Internal Shared Folders management to ensure efficient and secure procedures of data handling.
Support users in usage of data and ensure adherence to the bank\xe2\x80\x99s compliance and standards.
Troubleshoot data-related problems and propose maintenance, modification and solutions.
Custodian of data to align data definition and governance across all CCO functions to achieve consistency in management reporting.
Ensure effective execution of portfolio reporting and the accuracy, effectiveness, timeliness of deliverables

Portfolio Reporting

Ensure effective execution and maintenance of portfolio monitoring and reporting framework for CCO which includes, but not limited to the following
- Preparation and streamline the daily, weekly and monthly routine BNM and Management reporting.
- Preparation and streamline the consolidated monthly MIS deck for CCO performance monitoring across acquisition, collection and recovery, loan loss provision, fraud and other CCO functions
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the reports and MIS decks produced.
Helps in automation & streamlining on report definition, submission process & reporting consistency.
