Job Description


OVERALL MAIN ROLE: The AVP of Sales and Marketing at UDA Land (North) Sdn Bhd is responsible for managing the company and development as well as the product brands before launching, under development until end of purchasers Defect Liability Period (DLP) which includes overseeing internal operations, helping to build strong customer satisfaction, maximizing the company\'s operating performance and helping to achieve the company\'s operations and financial goals. It involved effort for effective information distribution channels and bringing resources (all staffs) into the most effective action in order to generate sales to the organization. To develop strategic sales and marketing plans based on company goals that will promote gradual sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization mainly and to the Group Property Development generally. MARKETING RESPONSIBILITES: \xe2\x80\xa2 To plan and develop comprehensive Marketing Plan by contributing sales and marketing information and recommendations which involve the marketing strategy and product USP to promote during introducing the product to the market. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to create marketing activities that able to initiate engagement advertisements, emails, phone calls and leads that will then to be converted to sales and meet the company goals. This involved in developing pricing strategies and planning for the company to get profitable pricing and revenue. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure and adhered all related application of Developer License and Advertising Permit are approved upon the product launching. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analysing marketing plan in monthly basis by evaluating all advertising campaign, merchandising, sales incentives and promotion programs in line with the company goals and to improve product marketability and profitability. \xe2\x80\xa2 To review, revise, recommend and stay up to date to any marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements, defining market, competitor\xe2\x80\x99s SWOT, marketing media and social media and any new market regulations and demand in order to achieve the marketing goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 To collaboratively work with trusted brands in order to get brand enhancement for the company as well as for the product development campaign. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure the marketing initiatives, policies and procedures being executed effectively in order to improve quality, operations and services as well as to sustain customer satisfaction\xe2\x80\x99s is at the most satisfied level. \xe2\x80\xa2 To make sure marketing efforts are at continuous with sustainable campaign so that it will maximizing the ROI on existing marketing programs. Repeated and return for sales will generate brand loyal to the company. SALES RESPONSIBILITES: \xe2\x80\xa2 To study the viability and feasibility study for the organization\'s sales performance and aligning sales strategies to business goals, the best product for development, formulate target market with focus sales strategy. \xe2\x80\xa2 To plan and develop effective Sales Plan that will lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. This contributes in creating and ensuring the execution of sales plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare annual budget by forecasting units for sales, scheduling sales & marketing expenses, and analysing to ensure that the sales force consistently meets and exceeds the defined goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 To enable technologies in support of sales organization productivity. Recommends changes and enhancements to the company for better Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology platform. \xe2\x80\xa2 Devising and implementing new business ventures and sales strategies and measure the effectiveness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to monitor market trends and providing regular competitor analysis. This will make the company able to identify new sales opportunities, incentives and joint ventures future ideas. \xe2\x80\xa2 Need to drive the sales team to achieve sales target by building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance and be rewarded for their performance and achievement. THE INCUMBENT: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Degree in Marketing or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good leadership, analytical thinking and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess professional selling and presentation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication and negotiation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in English \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferable Male
