- In charge of inbound operations including receiving, putaway, matching invoice, validate receiving, warehouse putaway KPI, inventory variances. etc.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated task.
- In charge of warehouse putaway, maintains storage area by organizing floor space.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to handle inquires and solve problems.
- Communicate and coordinate activities with other departments such as finance department on B2B Finance variance, etc.
- Work with management teams to observe disciplinary issues, attendance, and performance of direct reports.
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in relevant field.
- Good communication skills and good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work at a fast pace.
- Strong organization skills and able to work in a team.
- Maternity leave
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
