Role & Responsibility. Responsible for overall server operation and performance. Respond and attend to issues related to servers raised up from the manufacturing. Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues related to server operation. Maintain of related documentation and process definition on system changes as required. Ensure proper housekeeping of data for servers on-premise and cloud. Perform server health checkups, monitor system capacities, performance analysis, and report. Monitor, manage, and maintain windows server security patch updates, upgrades etc. Ensure server successful operations for replication, backup, and recovery. Plan, implement and test Disaster Recovery Plan related to servers and storage. Monitor and maintain server room facilities. Carry out another special projects/task as assigned within the time-frame Attend to ad-hoc or emergency cases related to servers or IT generally.
