Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Iskandar Puteri, Johor for a Technology Analyst. The IT Technology Analyst will analyse data, communicate with stakeholders, provide technical support, troubleshoot, and maintain information technology systems. Understanding of business requirements from multiple stakeholders and prioritize them and work in close collaboration with the technical and project team Perform research from multiple sources from within the organization while analyzing and reporting the relevant data trends for informed decision-making Actively involved in capturing new business requirements and communicating them with the development team Acceptable knowledge of requirement specifications and development, process flows, and developing business use case scenarios An understanding of process modelling, agile, wireframe and waterfall software development methodologies Communicates with the relevant stakeholders and is responsible for transferring this knowledge to the product development team Constantly looking for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better technology to the customer Analyze systems daily to optimize performance and resolve issues Include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. Qualifications Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner Experience with information technology systems and technical support Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues Experience in project management and handling multiple tasks and priorities Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Bachelor\'s degree or Master\'s in Information Technology, Computer Science or any software-related degree or certificate Experience in data analysis, programming, or software development is a plus
