Job Description
Position: Associate M&E/BFM/Admin Engineer (Preventive Maintenance) Salary: RM 2500 - RM 3500 Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm. Roles: Reporting to the Senior Associate Preventive Maintenance Unit Assist the respective Head in performing supervision and coordination of PM matters on all Corporate Assets Lead PM\'s team to deliver tasks, responsibilities and accountabilities Enforcing Safety and Health and Security measures while performing tasks Supervisied Preventive Maintenance/Corrective Maintenance works performed by the contractor. Monitor, report and compile works progress. Competent person in M&E Systems Work Reporting Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (Building Services/Mechanical/Electrical), Transportation Know how to use AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
