Perform day to day internal securities holding reconciliation with custodian records
Perform reconciliation of client's investment market value with internal record
Perform month end NAV closing, verify tolerance level
Liaise with CIS Ops / CIMB Custodian for any securities holding and market value discrepancy
Assist with coverage of other Funds and projects as needed
Testing and implementation of modified/improved fund accounting reports
Undertake ad-hoc assignment (if any)

Requirement

At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business Studies/Administration or equivalent
At least 1 years working experience with trustee company or unit trust company or fund management industry
Computer literate and excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting knowledge
Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership])
Meticulous, resourceful and highly disciplined in meeting deadlines;
Self-motivated and pleasant personality;
Good time management and organizational skills;
Able to work independently and under pressure; and
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
