Key Responsibilities
1) Responsible to undertake any of processing under purview of Corporate Agency as below stated:-
a) Loan
b) PDS
2) Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services to customers through meeting or exceeding customer expectation, guided by the Service Level Agreement, efficiency/accuracy standards and good business processes / judgement.
3) Assist Head of Department / Unit Head on staff individual and team performance, against set objectives and providing the appropriate support, motivation, and guidance to staff to achieve these objectives.
4) Ensure that the set productivity target (efficiency, accuracy, etc) and processing turnaround standards are achieved.
5) Verify transactions processed by Associates and authorized those that fall within own-delegated release authority.
6) Ensure due care and diligence is executed on day-to-day operational matters relating to Regulatory, Anti Money Laundering and Sanction.
7) Conforming and adhering to risk profile, by following the Policies and Procedures, SOP and immediate escalate in the event of a potential failure or breach.
8) Maintains good relationships with clients, beneficiaries, co-trustees, internal and external parties.
9) Lead or participate in ad-hoc assignment, projects and testing, whenever required.
10) Ensure that all staff of the department continue to be equipped and developed with the necessary knowledge, skills and tools to achieve the required level of competency to facilitate them to perform their roles and responsibilities effectively, efficiently and accurately.
11) Conforming and adhering to ISO 9001:2015 and implement key concepts and requirements relating to ISO 9001:2015.
Qualifications
Recognised commerce / business tertiary qualification
Bachelor\'s degree Banking and Finance
Minimum 3 to 8 years\' working experience in Corporate Agency or Facility/Security Agent related business.
Technical/Functional skills
1) Strong market knowledge on Bank Negara Malaysia, Securities Commision, Bursa Malaysia and operations of Facility Agent.
2) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point.
Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership])
1) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2) Adapt well with changes in technologies and business requirements.
3) Ability to consistently work accurately under pressure.
4) High integrity, professional and ethical.
5) Meticulous and strong organisational skills.
6) Good team player and able to lead a team with minimal supervision.
