As a purpose-driven organisation committed to providing the best service and support to our policyholders, we are seeking an insurance professional to join our team as an Associate, Group Health Claims. In this role, you are responsible for adjucating claims as per policy terms and conditions and ensure sound claims assessment and handling.

The Role:

• Assess claims in accordance with the policy terms and conditions
• Process claims within the set time frame
• Handle agents and clients\' enquiries and complaints
• Coordinate with branches to ensure smooth claims handling
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time

• Possess a recognised degree in any discipline, preferably in Healthcare or Health Administration or Insurance-related practices
• Has minimum 1-2 years working experience in life insurance company
• Possess basic industry knowledge and experienced in claims practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills a must
