Associate Logistics Analyst
Job Description
Assist in collecting, analysing, and organising logistics data (freight cost, transit time, inventory movement, OTD/OTIF, documentation accuracy, damage-free rates) to support performance reviews for inbound, outbound, and international shipments. Support freight procurement by compiling benchmark data, comparing bids, checking invoices against agreed rates, and updating rate files. Provide basic insights on shipment mode usage and cost drivers; help with scenario worksheets under guidance. Coordinate with 3PLs, forwarders, and warehouse teams to follow up on issues (e.g., delays, documents, dock scheduling) and escalate per SOP. Contribute to logistics and supply chain projects by preparing data extracts, cleaning datasets, and producing status reports.
