Process Minor Claims cases and Correspond and reply via LIve Chat on any enquiry for AIA Singapore policy as per stipulated requirements and benchmarks

Ensure that targets are met for department Turnaround Time, Quality and Productivity, in line with KPI goals

Performs other tasks periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
Correspond and reply via LIve Chat on any enquiry related to Minor Claims processing
