Asst Manager, Production

Job Description
- Assist the Production Manager in planning, managing, and executing production operations.
- Coordinate and prioritize production workflow and schedules.
- Identify and address operational and maintenance issues to prevent delays.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the production team to enforce company policies and safety standards.
- Maintain documentation and prepare detailed reports on production activities and status.
- Manage production budgets, ensuring cost control while maintaining high-quality output.
- Support in training, supervising, and motivating employees, as well as managing schedules to achieve production targets.
- Coordinate with departments such as materials & logistics, quality control, and sales to ensure products meet specifications and deadlines.
- Diploma or higher qualification in engineering or production management-related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or over 5 years as a Supervisor.
- Work experience in the PCB or electronics industry is required, with a preference for candidates from the PCB sector.
- Proficient in Chinese
- Willingness to undergo training in China for 3 to 6 months.
