Job Description


:

  • PR relationship with all levels of retail customers, focusing directly on purchasing, accounts and technical departments, senior management team and their respective depot managers.
  • Regular competitive analysis feedback in their territory. Identify opportunities and propose solutions to increase sales and drive profitability.
  • Maintain and execute effective fleet account management Plan with regular check-ins on effectiveness.
  • Collect information on total sales and profitability per retail customer and suggest areas for improvement for new account penetration and conquest of other brands, by region, by segments.
  • Ensure retail customer issues and complaints are followed up, cleared, and closed.
  • Update, tidy up and utilise details of fleet customers in CM system.
  • Analise and submit responses all tender calls, follow-ups and strategize to win the deals.
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plan and forecast to achieve corporate objectives and sales target.
  • To reconnect and establish strong, trusting, long-term relationships with existing fleet customers, and cultivate new business opportunities with key customers, regulators and industry partners.
  • Responsible or ensure payment collection from any financial institute or customers is completed
  • Penetrate new accounts under their sales territory to increase market share and presence.
  • To be well abreast of key market and competitor activities, and to provide feedback and recommendation for actions and counter measures.

  • Achieve all other KPIs under sales \xe2\x80\x93 Volvo Financial Services, service agreement and Volvo Connect penetration
  • Achieve target for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Scores
  • Other KPIs as set by the organization
Job Requirement :
  • Minimum 3 \xe2\x80\x93 6 years of working experience in premium products sales experience
  • Good sound of knowledge in trucks industry
  • Strong public relations with customer.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

  • Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
