Mahnaz Food is one of its brand names that distribute, process, and package high-quality nuts, dried fruit, health foods, juice, oil, confectionery, spices, and much more. Role Description This is a full-time Commercial Manager (Supermarket Channels) role located at the firm\'s HQ in Shah Alam. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Manager with a focus on food products to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business-to-business (B2B) sales, manage key accounts, and foster relationships within the food industry. The B2B Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B food sector. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting. Key Account Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on customer expectations and provide excellent service. Develop and implement account plans to maximize revenue and customer retention. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Possess a deep understanding of the company\'s food products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients. Provide product training to clients and internal teams as needed. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials. Negotiation and Contract Management: Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements. Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on sales performance, key account status, and market trends. Utilize analytics to evaluate the success of sales strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food industry. Strong understanding of food products and the supply chain. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities.
