Job Description
- Able to communicate in simple English and Bahasa Malaysia and/or in Mandarin and/or local dialect.
- Develop new recipes, concepts and techniques for breads.
- Measure and mix ingredients to form dough or batter.
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough dividers to produce baked goods of desired quality.
- Inspect baked products for quality, appearance, and adherence to specifications.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain a clean and safe bakery environment.
