Full-Time Role - Financial Services Sales Consultant

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8.45 AM - 5.45 PM Occasionally required on Saturdays for company events or roadshows

Key Responsibilities:

Present and promote financial protection and savings products to walk-in and existing bank customers Offer professional consultations and propose suitable product solutions Build strong, lasting relationships with customers Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs Participate in continuous training, coaching, and career development programs

Candidate Requirements:

2 to 3 years' experience in sales, banking, or customer service Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proactive, results-oriented mindset No history of bankruptcy or major debt issues

Education Criteria:

SPM with minimum 5 passes and at least 3 years of sales experience, OR Diploma (preferred), OR Degree (advantageous for senior roles)

Salary Structure & Career Growth:

Executive: RM 2,600 - RM 3,000 (basic) Senior Executive (Trainee): RM 2,800 - RM 3,300 (basic) Senior Executive: RM 2,800 - RM 10,000 (basic + incentives) Clear advancement opportunities into team leadership and management
