Job Description
- Call Centre Environment (24 x7)
- 5 Working days per week
- 21 days Annual Leave, Quarterly Incentive , Yearly bonus

- Answer inbound calls from the customers.
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries by answering product and service question.
- Identify and resolve customer\xe2\x80\x99s problems and complaints by selecting the best solution.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, in any field.
- Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.
- Able to work on weekend and rotational shift.
