Key Responsibilities

:

Coordinate and supervise all aspects of banquet events, including setup, service, and teardown, ensuring smooth operations. Oversee and lead banquet staff, including waitstaff, servers, and setup teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and assist in planning, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded. Manage the preparation and arrangement of tables, chairs, and decor, ensuring events are set up according to specifications. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any guest requests or concerns in a timely manner. Maintain and manage inventory of banquet supplies, ensuring they are kept in good condition and are readily available. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations at all times during events. Handle event-related paperwork, including scheduling, billing, and any necessary reports. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained before, during, and after events. Collaborate with the kitchen, catering, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
