Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages--including coffee, tea, handcrafted drinks, and specialty items--following established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workspace at all times, including preparation areas, customer seating, utensils, and equipment, in full compliance with health and safety regulations.
Efficiently manage inventory by restocking supplies and organizing products to support smooth daily operations.
Provide a warm and welcoming experience for every customer by greeting them sincerely and building friendly rapport.
Deliver knowledgeable guidance on menu items, offer personalized recommendations, and actively promote featured or seasonal products.
Accurately process customer orders and payments through the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring secure and seamless transactions.
Demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service and contribute positively to a supportive, team-oriented work environment.
Job Requirements:
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a minimum of two (2) doses of an approved vaccine.
Minimum education: SPM / Secondary School Certificate in any discipline.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Malay.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
Own transportation is preferred for convenience and reliability.
No prior barista experience required--comprehensive training will be provided for suitable candidates.
