Efficiently organize, restock, and manage inventory to ensure product availability and seamless daily operations.
Welcome every customer with a warm, friendly demeanor, building positive connections and delivering an exceptional service experience.
Provide detailed information about menu items, offer personalized recommendations, and actively promote featured products to enhance customer satisfaction.
Accurately process customer payments, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient transactions.
Uphold consistently high standards of customer service while fostering a collaborative, positive team environment.
Job Requirements:
Fully vaccinated with at least 2 doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine.
Minimum education: SPM / Secondary School certificate in any field.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Malay.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
Own transport is preferred.
Prior barista experience is not required--training will be provided
