- Make beverages by following prescribed recipes.
- Maintain quality of all beverages.
- Inventory beverage stock.
- Perform cleaning on all equipment and tools after used.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar and cafe area at all time.
- Sanitize all highly touched area, table & chairs frequently.
- Attentive to customers\' needs.
- SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
- Minimum two years working experience in the same capacity.
- Willing to prepare & make beverages
- Experienced in steakhouse/ western is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
- Able to work on shift.
