Service Leader - Bartender

Located at the heart of the Kuala Lumpur city center, Traders Hotel by Shangri-La is looking for a dynamic, and multi-skilled talent in delivering our Asian hospitality.

As Bartender we rely on you:

• Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on customer requests.
• Maintaining a well-stocked bar, including all ingredients needed to prepare signature drinks and standard drink orders.
• Serves drink while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area.
• Attends to detail and presentation of each order.
• Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labelling, and rotation of all beverage items.
• Listens to customer complaints and suggestions and resolves complaints.

• SPM / Diploma in Tourism/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management.
• Good command in writing & speaking English. Able to speak other languages will be an added advantage.
• Excellent in Beverage knowledge.
• With a minimum of two (2) years\' working experience to include drink preparation.
• Outgoing and people oriented, cooperative, adaptable.
• Good at computer literate, and flexibility in working hours.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
