Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
Liaising and negotiating with related department and consumers
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Supervise, coach and train logistic and warehouse workforce team
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Job Requirement:

Minimum requirements: Diploma and above.
Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English will be advantage.
Candidates with previous experience in logistic company will be an advantage.
Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
Exhibit strong negotiation skills and problem solving in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
Computer literate i.e Microsoft office.
Good working attitude, passionate, self-motivated and able to communicate well with people of all levels.
Able to start work immediately will be advantage
