Converse and write fluently in Mandarin and Cantonese (read, speak, type) is a must.
Basic proficiency in English is acceptable
Fresh graduates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply!!
Willing to commit working on 5 days per week 24 hours rotational shifts (9 working hours including 1 hour break) including on public holiday and weekends
Positive attitude with good communication skills in delivering professional customer service.
Willing to work based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Able to start working on the following date: 26 July 2023

Tanggungjawab

Able to handle all inbound calls from customers about the company\'s product and services
Help customer resolves any issues or complaints regarding the company\'s product and services with high level of customer service
Assist the customers in solving their problems to ensure customer\'s satisfaction with providing professional customer support
Provide feedback on efficiency of whole customer support experience to manager and relevant departments

Manfaat

Monthly salary: RM 3000+ up to RM 300 KPI allowance + RM 700 night shift allowance.
