Job Role Responsibilities: 1. Leading a taskforce for new business, better management and organization aiming sustainable growth in accordance with the Company priority. 2. Proactively prepare and implement governance and management mid-term and long-term strategy for the priority challenge of the company such as obtaining related ISO, governmental approval certification permit and license for core business of the Company. 3. Build, maintain and develop good relations with government, related companies and/or agencies for priority and core business of the Company. 4. In charge and make recommendation certification of training academic qualification at related industries. 5. Liaising with external client including training course registration, grant application and final disbursement. 6. Recruiting necessary and eligible human resources for Group companies\xe2\x80\x99 sustainable growth, including big numbers of workforce needed for big project designated by the Company. 7. Monitor and maintain the validity of all certificate. 8. Monitor and register training program to the respective training academic 9. Collaborating with group companies and overseas recruitment agencies for any job vacancy required, conduct CV reviewing, short listing, interview and make recommendation. 10. Explore to new overseas recruitment agencies and make recommendations. 11. Providing recruitment report and analysis. 12. Perform reference checks as need. 13. Other ad-hoc and designated duties instructed by Managing Director and Department Managers.
