Job Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Executive. You will take ownership of all recruitment matters across the company from recruitment, learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as a Recruitment Executive, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role. Job description:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle and deal with clients directly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle employee relations and welfare. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise the work and performance of employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining a smooth on boarding process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Training, counselling and coaching staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Carrying out necessary administrative duties. Job Requirements:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources management or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 2 or 3 years experienced in recruitment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in human resources or related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Employment Law and Sabah Labor Ordinance \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to do headhunting, roving and training for new recruits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
