Job Description
:BDC Sales Executive To market consumer products, specifically foreign currency notes and remittance to customers. Description for Internal CandidatesKey Responsibilities *
- Perform all transactions in compliance with the Bank\'s guidelines and policies;
- Focus and achieve individual targets while understanding and assisting team sales targets;
- To up-sell foreign exchange currencies and promote remittance via CIMB;
- Assist current and potential customers in their banking needs;
- Attend customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints;
- Develop and build long-term relationship with customers;
- Manage offsite BDC whenever required.
