A day in the life of a Beverage Business Manager Strategy & Execution: Formulate, implement and review total commercial beverage strategy (marketing, operations, sales, technical & QA) to strengthen NP's leadership position in the out-of-home business thru driving both Standard Beverages (tin & spoon) Solution Beverages (vending systems), in close collaboration with NP CBM and in alignment with NP Global/AOA Beverages strategies, for both MY and SG Distribution & Availability: Ensure targeted 'right-fit' distribution of products and systems in the relevant channels. Eg: MILO & NESCAFE economical packs for Street's channel (tin & spoon) and right machine-fit for the organized channels (Education, B&I, QSR). Management of machine CAPEX. Innovation & Renovation: Managing sustainable new products development and renovation to meet both consumers' and operators' needs whilst meeting targeted EBIT levels. Ensuring best practices applied in machine development and renovation, applying learnings from other markets across NP - Zone AOA. Brand Presence/ Visibility & Consumption Moments: Ensure effective execution of brand communications for relevant channels to drive brand visibility, awareness and subsequently purchase/ repeat purchase and driving consumption moments via marketing programs/ activities. Advisory Role to NP-SG Beverages: Assisting NP-SG in strategy development and synergize/ aligning MY-SG beverage plan wherever possible eg I&R, manufacturing, product sourcing. What will make you successful Degree in Business Management/ Marketing or equivalent MBA holder preferred Minimum 8 years' experience in Marketing,Sales, CDT & Business Development (at least 2-3 years in the foodservice industry) Good communication, presentation & PR skills required We are Nestl , the largest food and beverage company.
