Job Description

Position Summary

Responsible for preparing, mixing, and serving beverages to customers according to company quality and hygiene standards. Ensures the bar or beverage counter is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

Scope of Work

Prepare hot and cold beverages (tea, coffee, juice, syrup drinks, and others). Maintain cleanliness of the counter, equipment, and glassware. Ensure beverage ingredients and supplies are always sufficient. Provide friendly and prompt service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare beverages according to recipes and customer requests. Serve drinks with proper presentation and quality. Organize and store ingredients and beverage tools properly. Clean counters, utensils, cups, and the work area after use. Report low stock or damaged equipment to the supervisor. Support daily bar or beverage operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

Experienced or willing to learn to prepare various beverages. Hardworking, hygienic, disciplined, and customer-friendly. Able to work under pressure and follow shift schedules. Responsible for maintaining drink quality and workplace cleanliness.
